Our manufacturing facilities:
In order to maintain consistently high quality products for all of our brands we produce gloves in 3 factories with each manufacturing facility dedicated to a specific glove material latex, nitrile and vinyl.

Each manufacturing facility has been independently assessed as fulfilling the following quality management systems:

N R Latex:    ISO9001:2003
Nitrile:        ISO9001:2000 & ISO13485:2003
Vinyl:        ISO9001:2000 & ISO13485:2003

Our products:
All gloves are manufactured to exceed the requirements of the EU Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC specification EN455:2000 Parts 1, 2 and where applicable, Part 3 and EN420:2003 Protective Gloves – General Requirement & Test Methods.

Our nitrile examination gloves have also been independently tested by an EU Notified Body as fulfilling the requirements of 89/686/EEC Directive for Gloves for Protection Against Chemical Hazards assessed against the applicable points of the standards EN420:2003 and EN374:2004 Parts 1, 2 & 3.

Independent Testing:
To ensure consistency of quality, all of our disposable gloves are independently tested prior to shipment from the manufacturing facilities with copies of the quality assurance test reports being held on file at our head office for 6 years for reference purposes.
