Terms and Conditions of Use

The Vault is provided as a free of charge service by Barber Healthcare in support of our Distribution Partners marketing activities.

By entering the Vault, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of use:

1. The contents of the Vault are provided to enable our Distribution Partners to develop promotional material to be used as part of our Distribution Partners promotional programme to expand sales of the products and brands of Barber Healthcare Limited.

2. Acceptable promotional materials include:

       2.1 Digital: web pages/e-shots*/e-marketing campaigns*.

       2.2 Print: Catalogues/brochures/promotional leaflets.

       2.3 Exhibitions/Conventions: Stands and related structures.

       2.4 Vehicle livery

If you are envisaging using any of the contents of the Vault for any purpose not listed above, please apply by email for approval prior to commencement of the project. If your project is approved, such approval will be given in writing from the Marketing Department of Barber Healthcare Limited.

*It is the policy of Barber Healthcare to only contact people via digital methods who have ‘opted in’ to receive such information in this form and do not endorse SPAM and PHISHING activity by our Distribution Partners.

3. The images downloaded are not to be altered in any way without prior written agreement of the Marketing Manager of Barber Healthcare Limited, with the exception of resizing of the image(s) to fit within the parameters of the work being carried out.

4. All trademarks and associated devices and logo’s are registered trademarks of Barber Healthcare Ltd. Their download and inclusion within the promotional material of our Distribution Partner is granted for the sole purpose of product promotion and remain the property of Barber Healthcare at all times.

5. The right to use trademarks registered to Barber Healthcare will be reviewed annually and can be withdrawn at any time should it be considered that the use to which the trademarks are being used falls outside of the spirit of the agreement.

Any changes to the right to use trademarks and associated devices and logos will be communicated by email.

6. It is understood that the right to use the Vault and its contents is given exclusively to our Distribution Partners.

Our Distribution Partners do not have the right to offer or provide the information, trademarks, logos and devices to any third party company or individual without written agreement from the Marketing Department of Barber Healthcare Limited.

If it is found that information has been provided to any third party whether company or individual without written agreement, the Distribution Partner understands that their right to use this service could be withdrawn immediately.

7. All content provided within the Vault is subject to change and withdrawal at any time and without prior notice.

8. The large, high resolution images are zipped (compressed) for more convenient downloading and use the most advanced compression software available to further reduce file sizes and downloading times.

This can lead to issues with older decompression software not being able to 'read' and open the optimised files available through the Vault.

To ensure the ease of use in both the downloading and opening of the zipped files on your computer, each zipped file contains a self extracting .exe program that will require permission to continue before the file is opened.

Barber Healthcare’s policy is to make available images for the Vault that are created by Barber Healthcare for Barber Healthcare, with no third party images or files used. Each file is scanned for viruses prior to creation of the self extracting file to ensure that all files downloaded from the Vault are ‘clean’.
