Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement

We, the Directors of Barber Healthcare Limited (Company No. 06234602), have a zero-tolerance policy to human slavery and human trafficking and work closely with all our manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure that our zero-tolerance policy is extended throughout our supply chain.

Each of our licensed manufacturing partners sign a Supplier Agreement Contract with Barber Healthcare Ltd. A core component of this agreement is the inclusion and understanding of our Ethical Trade Policy.

Our Ethical Trade Policy promotes a safe and fair working environment for all staff.

Should it be found that any of our suppliers within our supply chain fail to meet our expectations in anyway, their production license will be revoked with immediate effect and the management of the respective organisation reported to the authorities.
